**IGAD Spatial Web Portal** welcome page presents several functionalities, one can view and modify existing spatial layers and maps, as well as find information on other users and groups.

At the top of the page you can find the top menu bar showing menus to view data, maps, people, thematic areas, links and a search field. 
Below there is a listing of dataset categories and of recently featured datasets.
